At Wild Encounters, we offer exciting animal encounter birthday parties designed to create a fun, educational and unforgettable experience for the birthday child and their guests.
Our children’s parties are currently available on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible time slots arranged at a time convenient for you.
On the day of the party, two experienced animal handlers will lead the session, engaging the children throughout and ensuring a safe, enjoyable and interactive experience for everyone involved.
What to Expect on the Day
We aim to make every party smooth, exciting and memorable from start to finish.
Setup
Our team will arrive 30 minutes prior to guest arrival to prepare our backdrop and set up the animals ready for the encounter.
The Animal Encounter
The party includes a 1-hour hands-on animal encounter, during which children will have the opportunity to learn about and interact with a variety of amazing animals.
Depending on the animals attending, this will include:
- Insects
- Arachnids
- Amphibians
- Lizards
- Snakes
- Tortoises
- Small mammals
Children will learn fascinating facts about each species and, where appropriate, will have the opportunity to safely handle some of the animals under expert supervision.
Pack Down
At the end of the session, we allow approximately 15 minutes to dismantle our setup and safely load the animals back into their transport vehicle.
Please note that parking close to the venue is required for the duration of the event.
Party Size
To ensure the experience remains safe and enjoyable for both the children and our animals, the maximum number of children per party is 30, including the birthday child and any siblings.
If your party exceeds this number, an additional handler can be provided for £50.
Pricing
The cost for the full birthday party experience described above is:
£350
Booking Information
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date.
The remaining balance must be cleared 48 hours prior to the start of the party.
Our pricing is competitive with other companies within our industry and helps cover essential costs such as:
- Staffing
- Transport
- Insurance
- Licensing
- Animal welfare (including food, housing, and veterinary care)
- Equipment and marketing
This allows us to continue providing high-quality animal encounters while maintaining excellent standards of animal welfare.
Our Space Requirements
The space requirements for our setup are shown below to give you a visual representation of what you can expect on the day of your Party.
This allows us a safe and secure location for the animals to rest whilst not being handled and also gives the element of surprise to the children, as we will be bringing the animals out a few at a time for them to learn see and interact with.
