What We Provide
* Two experienced Animal Handlers (fully DBS checked) & Volunteers.
* Fully licensed and insured for animal exhibition
* A diverse selection of animals, including invertebrates, reptiles, amphibians, birds, and small mammals
* Animals presented in secure, professional display enclosures with educational information
* A 3m x 3m branded gazebo for a standout, weather-protected setup
* Branded flags and signage to attract visitors and create a focal point at your event
* Hourly interactive animal encounters, featuring a variety of species such as snakes, lizards, bugs, birds, and small mammals
Cost to Your Organisation
We ask for a £50 deposit to secure your booking.
There is no other cost to your school or community group to have us attend your event.
Instead, we operate using:
On the day we will offer your guests the opportunity to have a printed 4x6 photo with one of our large snakes at a cost of £5 per photo.
We will bring a selection of Wild Encounters Merchandise to sell on the day.
Donation buckets will be in place should any guests want to make a voluntary dination to help us with the day to day welfare costs of looking after our animals.
This approach allows us to cover our operational costs including animal care, staffing, licensing, and travel while maximising fundraising for your organisation.
